US Highway 50 culvert repair project to begin in Cañon City on December 8

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will start repairs on a culvert along US Highway 50 in Cañon City beginning December 8. The project will cover a two-mile segment of the highway, stretching from 15th Street to Justice Center Road, between mile points 279.33 and 281.65.

Insituform Technologies, LLC has been selected as the contractor for this project, which is budgeted at $1.45 million. According to CDOT, the repairs are expected to be finished by the end of March.
