Snowstang offers express bus service to Copper Cup Alpine World Cup races

Snowstang will offer express bus service to Copper Mountain for the Copper Cup, a post-Thanksgiving event featuring men’s and women’s Alpine World Cup races. The event includes men’s super G and giant slalom, as well as women’s giant slalom and slalom competitions, all concluding in Copper’s East Village.

The direct roundtrip service between Denver and Copper Mountain will operate from Friday, Nov. 27 through Sunday, Nov. 30. On Friday, one bus will be available; on Saturday and Sunday, two buses will run each day. Pick-up and drop-off points include Denver Union Station, the Federal Center in Lakewood, and the Wooly Mammoth Park-and-Ride lot at Interstate 70 and Morrison Road (Exit 259).

Ticket prices are set at $25 for adults, $12.50 for children ages 2 to 11, and $18.76 for seniors (65+) and individuals with disabilities.

Additionally, Bustang’s West Line and Pegasus services provide another travel option between Denver and Frisco. One-way fares are $12 on the West Line and $13 on Pegasus. Passengers can transfer at the Frisco Transit Center to Summit Stage for a free eight-mile ride to Copper Mountain. This connecting service operates every 15 minutes during event days.
