IAM union members from across Minnesota gathered at IAM District 77 for the Minnesota State Council, a three-day meeting focused on issues important to working families, according to a March 24 announcement.

The event brought together union representatives and members to discuss challenges and priorities facing workers in the state. The gathering aimed to provide a platform for open dialogue and collaboration among those advocating for labor rights.

The meeting began with remarks from IAM International President Bryan Bryant, followed by comments from IAM Midwest Territory General Vice President Sam Cicinelli. Their opening statements set the tone for discussions throughout the event.

According to organizers, the council meeting served as an opportunity for union members statewide to share experiences and strategies regarding workplace concerns. Photos of the event were made available by organizers.

As union activity continues across various sectors in Minnesota, such gatherings are seen as key moments for shaping future advocacy efforts.
