Lucie Morillon has been named Communications Representative at the Canadian Office of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), with her appointment effective September 15, 2025. The announcement was made by IAM International President Brian Bryant.

Morillon brings more than eight years of experience in communications and marketing, having worked in various roles across the non-profit, public, and private sectors. In her new position, she will focus on supporting the Canadian Office’s communication strategies. Her responsibilities include improving IAM’s digital presence, increasing member engagement, and ensuring effective communication among districts and local chapters.

“I’m excited to be joining such a passionate and dedicated team, and I look forward to using my skills to support IAM members across Canada,” said Morillon. “Being part of an organization that champions workers’ rights and helps build stronger, fairer workplaces is truly inspiring, and I’m eager to contribute to this meaningful work.”
