The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has extended the registration deadline for its 2025 Retirees Conference. The event will take place from October 20 to 22 at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Participants now have until Monday, September 15, 2025, to register for both the conference and hotel accommodations.

This year’s conference is themed “Leaders and Legends” and aims to honor retirees’ contributions while motivating members for future efforts. According to IAM, the gathering will serve as both a celebration of solidarity and an opportunity for community building among retirees and future retirees from across North America.

“This gathering is more than just a conference; it is also a celebration of solidarity and strength. Retirees and future retirees from across North America will come together to build community, share experiences, and strategize on how to elevate retiree engagement within our union.”

Attendees can expect guest speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities with fellow IAM members who have contributed to the organization’s history. A special tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22.
