Globe Rider Magazine has recently featured Grand Junction in an article focused on motorcycle road trips. The article, titled “Howdy Folks! Welcome to Colorado!”, was written by Collin Audibert, the editor-in-chief of Globe Rider Magazine. This feature was made possible through a partnership with the international team at the Colorado Tourism Office.
Audibert describes Grand Junction as a place where travelers notice a change in scenery. He writes: “Located at the confluence of the and , Grand Junction () marks a distinct transition in the journey. At the gateway to the , the asphalt unfolds panoramic routes where you ride along, carried by the landscape, between sculpted cliffs and sweeping horizons. Surrounded by orchards and vineyards, the city offers an unexpected, almost soothing interlude before plunging back into wilder territories.”
The collaboration with tourism officials aims to promote Grand Junction as an appealing stop for motorcycle enthusiasts exploring Colorado.
