The Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the 2025 BestSlope NEXTGen Honorees, a group of young professionals recognized for their contributions to business and community development in Mesa County.

The honorees include representatives from a range of local organizations, such as education centers, non-profits, government agencies, and private companies. Among those named are Crystal Becenti from Riverside Education Center, Tabi Britt from Mesa County Workforce Center, Amanda Chipchase with Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra, Nicole Christianson at B:Side Capital, Hunter Emerson of Quality Meat Co., Beau Flores from 76 Group, Mindy Gutierrez at CMU Tech, Stephanie Hall with Enstrom Candies, Dylan Heberlein at Grand Junction Regional Airport, Jordan Koos representing Western Colorado Contractors Association, Briana Madison from Heirlooms at HopeWest, Jessica Mays with Community Food Bank, Johnny McFarland from City of Grand Junction, Hunter McKie at Family Health West, Olivia Pelaez with Mesa County government, Mike Ritter from Business Incubator Center, Cesar Ruiz at Long Point Digital, Connor Stubits representing FCI Constructors, Tayler VanWinkle with Pitchfork Design Company and Lyle Wilkens from JGMS.

“These twenty honorees exemplify what makes Western Colorado a thriving place to live and work with strong leadership, collaboration across industries, and a deep commitment to community,” stated the Chamber.

The recognition is part of an annual effort by the Chamber to highlight emerging leaders who are influencing the region’s economic growth and civic life.
