Full nighttime closures planned for I-70 bridge work near Limon

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Structures, Inc. are set to start a series of lane and full closures on Interstate 70 in Lincoln County as part of upcoming bridge work.

According to CDOT, daytime operations will involve single-lane closures for both eastbound and westbound traffic at milepost 361.9. Nighttime work will require complete closures with detours in two areas: eastbound I-70 at exit 361 in Limon, and westbound I-70 from exit 363 at US 40/287 to exit 361 in Limon.

The project is scheduled to begin on September 22, 2025.
