Colorado Mesa University to host community trick-or-treat event on October 31

CMU’s Residence Life will host a community trick-or-treat event on October 31, 2025. The event will take place in Garfield Residence Hall at Colorado Mesa University and is open to children and their families.

According to the announcement, the themed halls will be decorated by Resident Assistants, providing children with an opportunity to collect candy as they walk through the building. Organizers have also arranged for a sensory-friendly experience, which begins at 5 p.m., 30 minutes before the main event starts at 5:30 p.m., for those who prefer a quieter environment.

Parking will be available for attendees near Garfield Hall. The event is designed to welcome families from the local community.
