The Colorado Department of Transportation will conduct maintenance work on US Highway 160 (South Camino Del Rio) in Durango between Santa Rita Park and Three Springs starting October 1. The operations are scheduled to last two days, with work taking place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.

During this period, motorists can expect congestion and slower speeds due to intermittent lane shifts and closures throughout the corridor. These measures are intended to ensure worker safety while potholes are being filled.

The department advises drivers traveling through the area to anticipate delays and adjust their schedules accordingly as crews perform pothole patching operations along South Camino Del Rio.
